Our client are growing to be the leading Chartered financial advice firm in their area. Due to growth our client is looking for an IFA Office Manager to join their firm.

This role will suit someone who has previous office/operational management experience within the financial services profession.

Ensure business process & policies are adhered throughout the office
Scheduling tasks and making sure office is running smoothly
Oversee reception desk functionality
Coaching and training to provide full support in the business

Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
