Systems Trainer Specialist - Full-time, Fixed-Term Position (12 months)**

**The aim of this role is to lead on and deliver quality systems training to
colleagues using the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and and
stakeholders across MTVH to deliver an excellent service to our colleagues,
training the step by step processes as well as supporting and embracing the
positive changes the CRM system brings to our work.

**To be a confident systems trainer, both in a classroom and virtual classroom environment
* Be flexible and able to manage a demanding schedule of training and system support
* Have experience of embedding values and culture principles into training programmes to promote and drive change

**Due to the nature of this role, a full driving licence is required with
28 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata for part time) per year
* 2 volunteering days per year for things like helping out in local communities
* An additional ‘Beliefs day’ once a year to have an extra a day off
