MBSE Systems Engineer

to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of complex systems.

In this role, you'll: Be a master of

Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) , wielding its power to streamline development and ensure flawless integration. Dive deep into

systems requirements , meticulously breaking them down and ensuring every component aligns with the bigger picture. Craft

engineering management plans

that keep projects on track and deliver results. Champion

verification & validation (V&V) activities , ensuring systems meet all certification and acceptance standards. Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, fostering communication and problem-solving across disciplines. And that's not all You'll also have the opportunity to:

Support test strategy, plan test environments, and integrate systems on flight trials aircraft. Provide lab demonstrations and support platform integration with cutting-edge technologies.

To be successful, you'll possess: Solid understanding of

requirements management

and experience with

MATLAB/Simulink . Proven expertise in

MBSE

and a passion for pushing the boundaries of this approach. Experience with

complex, high-reliability systems

in aerospace, defense, space, nuclear, automotive, or transportation. A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to craft

high-quality documentation . Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical concepts and clear communication.

Bonus points if you have: Experience with

RF or ECM/EW systems . A knack for defining verification methods, generating test requirements, and ensuring traceability. Prior experience in a

Trials or field role .
