Thrifty Car and Van Rental are recruiting for a Maintenance Advisor in our Fleet Maintenance Department based at our Exeter Head Office.
The role comprises responsibilities for monitoring the compliance of our vehicle assets and requires high levels of administrative accuracy.
About Thrifty Car and Van Rental
Our head office is based in Exeter, along with a central office based in High Wycombe.
Review and action all emails into the Maintenance and fixed inboxs
Ensure the AA breakdown and non-deployment reports are completed each working day, allocating ARFs to chargeable jobs and notifying on non-deployed jobs.
Ensure repair costs are at correctly discounted levels and all supporting documentation where required for an ARF recharge is stored centrally
Complying with Company policies at all times
Have a technical background in vehicle maintenance
May come from a vehicle dealership (service or aftersales), or other service, maintenance, or repair organisation
Be conscientious and thorough in the management of data
Be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and work in a busy office environment
Have a flexible approach to work
Have a confident telephone manner
Be able to work well on own initiative and as a member of the Maintenance team
