About the role

Love Care , but not the shifts and weekends?? This role requires working Monday-Friday only, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm. Support, plan and deliver a care package identified through assessment needs to meet individual needs and outcomes. Work as part of a team, using skills and experience to grow and develop the team. Liaise with families, carers, and other professionals. Plan, implement, and monitor activities alongside Care and Support assistants. Supervise care staff on a 1:1 basis.

What will you be doing?

The position of Day Centre Officer will work over 2 sites in Daventry and Towcester. Ability to travel to both bases is essential. Support the Team leader and a team of 8 Care staff on a 1:1 basis. Responsible for designated people to monitor and ensure their needs and outcomes are met with the team.

About you

Experience working with people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or age-related conditions. Interest in this area and ability to undertake the role. Effective communicator, encouraging, motivating, with good IT skills. NVQ 2 in care or similar required. Calm, organized, and fun.
