Lead Front End Engineer

Location: UK remote

Salary: £70k - £80k

Fruition IT are working with a well-funded start-up who are pioneers in their space. My client is using AI to solve real-world problems at scale, and using cutting-edge tech to do so.

You will be working on a range of projects within the business, and working with internal stakeholders to produce bespoke solutions for clients. This is a Lead position, offering a hands-on coding opprtunity (75%) alongside line management responsibilities (25%).

With a strong focus on innovation, they stay ahead of the curve by embracing modern technologies and industry best practices. Their team of talented professionals collaborates on cutting-edge projects, utilising Typescript, React, Cypress Testing and GitHub actions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers in a highly collaborative environment, line managing this team.
  • Lead the development and management of an internal design system and component libraries.
  • Collaborate and communicate ideas clearly across all technical levels.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring code quality, upholding the team's high standards of output.
