We're looking for:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Able to initiate and effectively hold difficult conversations
  • Creative approach and ability to support the development of the farm
Your responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the farm site, coordinating and prioritizing the workloads of the various farm teams on site to ensure a safe and compliant workplace for all
  • Ensure that commissioned support placements are delivered within budget and in an effective, efficient, and person-centered way
  • Deliver excellent customer service to people we support, their families, commissioners, our customers, partners, and all other stakeholders
  • Represent the farm site in both internal and external stakeholder engagements, forming effective links and partnerships, both statutory and other relevant organizations to promote the best interests of the farm and Brandon as an organization
  • Organize events and activities to promote the care farm's mission including taking part in national schemes such as Open Farm Sunday and Get Going Trail
  • Be an effective team leader, cooperating with colleagues and other people in the best interest of the people you are employed to support
