  • 6 month initial contract / 5 days pw
  • £500 - £700 a day
  • Hybrid working 2 days pw in office 

  • Working with Executive Director's and other senior staff, develop the company’s strategy for building safety.
  • Promote, develop and establish a positive safety culture within the property services directorate.
  • You will be the Accountable Person for building safety at the organisation
  • Lead all activities and spend related to ensuring compliance with building and fire safety standards, across the organisations property portfolio, including residential and non-residential buildings; supporting the overall delivery of the asset management strategy.
  • Oversight of the procurement, negotiation, establishment and on-going performance management of all external contracts, that support delivery of building safety works
  • Inspires a culture of collaboration, so that the building safety team, work well with others across the company to ensure a responsive and positive customer experience.
  • Ensures robust financial and stock reporting, and data collection and analysis framework, so that the team and directorate are supported to make accountable and evidence-based decisions.
  • A member of the organisations senior leadership team, ensuring the delivery of the organisations vision, values, and strategic objectives - providing clear direction; support and guidance; and effective leadership, to the building safety team. Provide occasional cover the Executive Director as needed from time to time.
