JGA are partnered with a leading international business that are seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
Deliver accurate payroll processing for over 1500 employees, ensuring compliance with tight deadlines.
Provide high-quality, customer-focused payroll services, meeting Service Level Agreements and resolving issues proactively.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to promote continuous improvement and liaise with site teams on Time and Attendance systems.
Manage payroll-related tasks, including inputting variable data, administering pension and stock plans, and handling year-end processes like P60’s.
Produce financial reports for Finance teams, maintained employee self-service accounts, and offered guidance on tax-related queries. Experience with processing payroll for over 1000 in a sole role.
Strong Excel and payroll systems knowledge.
Great communicator and be happy to take on ad hoc tasks.
