What’s expected of you? This role plans, directs and coordinates marketing activities for DeterTech solutions. It supports development of a key marketing activities within country to contribute to the overall DeterTech brand. It produces excellent customer, market and competitor intelligence. Key duties include:

  • Carries out customer, market and competitor research activities, to support development of strategic and tactical marketing plans. Provides effective summaries and insight to help the business understand implications of findings
  • Supports the development and implementation of the overall DeterTech Marketing plan, identifying trends, challenges and opportunities for products and services in the that drives lead generation and brand awareness as priorities
  • Works with the commercial and sales teams to develop marketing plans for specific DeterTech products and services; delivers marketing expertise and activity to meet the requirements of those plans, including product launches, sales promotions, and campaigns. Monitors success, adapting as needed to ensure business benefit is delivered. Ensures a strong focus on digital marketing throughout
  • Works collaboratively with the Group marketing team to meet DeterTech brand requirements
  • Collaborates internally and works as the customer champion in cross-functional teams, ensuring the voice of the customer is considered throughout the marketing cycle
  • Aligns activity with overall marketing strategy and business plans; explains clearly how their plans support the broader DeterTech vision and values; and motivates people to commit to these plans and business goals
  • Develops effective PR and customer communication collateral
  • Delivers the work needed to increase lead generation
  • Works with third party agencies to develop effective brand and campaign materials; coordinates photoshoots; creates high-impact imagery and video for use in various advertisements and promotions
  • Coordinates and supports DeterTech-led events and attendance at relevant business sector events; coordinates and communicated effectively with colleagues to ensure
Professional experience and qualifications:
  • Related degree preferred
  • 3 years of job-related experience
