The Role:

Finatal is partnered with a dynamic financial services business in the South West who are embarking on an exciting transformation project. As part of their ambitious growth and modernisation strategy, they are implementing an entirely new controls structure. This pivotal change requires a seasoned professional to lead their Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the FP&A function, ensuring high-quality financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.

· Develop and implement a new controls structure to support the company's transformation project.

· Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to inform decision-making.

· Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.

· Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and support for financial objectives.

· Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a senior FP&A role, preferably within the financial services sector.

· Strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, transformational environment.

· Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

· Demonstrated ability to implement and manage financial controls.

· Outstanding communication and leadership skills.

· Flexibility to work in the office 3 days per week (typically Tuesday to Thursday).
