This is an opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience within Part O assessments to work within an award-winning consultancy that works closely with leading UK housebuilders from a fully remote position. Active engagement with the client and project team to ensure that sustainability requirements are taken into consideration and achieved throughout the duration of the development
Delivery of high-quality overheating and thermal comfort analysis using IES
Thermal modelling using IES Software
Consult on building design to comply with Part LThe ideal Overheating Assessor will:

Be computer literate and have a good level of general education
Remote working
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
