Job Title: Bench Hand Joiner Location: Stoney Stanton Pay: £15 - £16 per week Hours of Work: 40 hours per week Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods) We are hiring for a Bench Hand Joiner that is has a NVQ or Equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery and their own tools. Duties In this role you will be reporting to production management, you will be responsible for:

  1. Match materials to requested design specifications
  2. Work from drawings to manufacture items & furniture
  3. Use power tools and machines to cut and shape wood, and other materials
  4. Assemble sturdy & well-constructed furniture using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.
  5. Work with company quality procedures & guidelines.
  6. Work within company Health & Safety procedures.
  7. Keep workplace safe & tidy.
