Operating one of the largest regional portfolios, we handle over 5,000 multifamily and single-family homes, with plans to introduce an additional 8,000 apartments and student beds nationwide.
As we continue to expand and enhance our services, we're looking for a dedicated Leasing Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team based at our head office in Altrincham.
This role is pivotal in transforming our leasing processes and ensuring a smooth tenant journey across our extensive network of properties.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday / 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm Following a successful probation period, you'll have the flexibility to enjoy some work-from-home days Summary of Position: The Leasing Co-ordinator will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the leasing pipeline, ensuring seamless tenancy transitions and maintaining compliance with our rigorous standards.
Your contributions will directly impact our efficiency and the satisfaction of our clients and tenants.
What You Will Do: Serve as the main point of communication between site teams, applicants, and referencing companies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records and legal documents.
Assist in the drafting and updating of lease agreements.
Manage compliance checks and audit related documentation.
Support credit control and rent collection efforts.
What You Will Have: Proven attention to detail and proficiency in data entry.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Capability to work independently and adapt to varying workloads.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CMS systems.
A proactive approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Personal Attributes: A strong team player who can also operate independently once trained.
Adaptable, with the ability to handle peak seasonal demands.
Proactive in managing a diverse workload with minimal supervision.
