Operations - Site Supervisor - Utilities
We provide full training and continuous development to help you reach your potential. Our business is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team. Working closely with the Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing the delivery and all activity associated with the construction of a new fibre network utilising physical infrastructure access (PIA).
You will be responsible for ensuring Flex & Civils Crews are compliant, working efficiently, safely and delivering high quality workmanship.
As the Site Supervisor you will allocate tasks safely in accordance with legislation and Avove Procedures to contract specification and programme, while effectively supervising and delivering approved construction tasks to the agreed resource and programme timescales.
Supervising sub-contractors, contract staff and direct labour for allocated site activities
Performing daily quality and safety checks on field teams
Liaising with Local Authorities and attending site meetings with the client
Performing post completion quality checks on completed works
Supervisory Management training / qualification or equivalent with relevant and practical experience (desirable)
Computer literacy – Excel, Word, Power point and Outlook preferred
Good understanding of NRSWA / Street works / SROH standards & compliance.
