Site Agent/Senior Agent

Site Agent – Infrastructure - Ipswich
As a Site Agent based on our brand new £124m major highways project in the Leiston, Suffolk as part of the Sizewell C development, you will take full responsibility for management of your section of works ensuring you meet client and company performance expectations.
We are looking for three Site Agents to manage the Structures, Earthworks and Roadworks packages respectively so a background in these areas is ideal but any general highways or civil engineering experience will be considered.
You will be expected to achieve the required project delivery, in line with the customer’s objectives while maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control.
Day to day management of a section of works including the supervision & monitoring of the site team & supply chain
Coordinate, plan, and track project progress and assigned sections and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.
Manage scope changes across operations, design, and commercial aspects.
Ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), Permit to Work systems, site inductions and safety briefings are correctly carried out.
Build strong client relationships and report progress to the Project Manager.
Ensure quality control, H&S compliance, and team competence through regular checks.
Read & Interpret data, drawings specifications and schedules

Infrastructure (Major Projects)
Our major projects business stream focuses on delivering major works packages of £100m+, acting as the primary delivery route for large scale, complex infrastructure schemes.
