Maintenance Electrician (Static) Job Type: Permanent Start date: Immediate or notice period Industry: Maintenance Location: Liverpool City Centre (one large building) Salary: £37,500 + 32 days hol, pension JOB DESCRIPTION: I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a static Maintenance Electrician to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a large building in Liverpool City Centre. Our client is looking for an experienced and fully qualified Electrician to join the team. The Electrical Maintenance role will be 40 hours a week 8am - 4.30pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime available (no on call) The building is in Liverpool City Centre. Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Planned and preventative maintenance
  • Repair and replace electrical fittings
  • Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults
  • Carrying out work safely and efficiently
  • Building relationships with clients on site
Requirements for the role
  • Experienced Electrical maintenance engineer
  • Fully qualified Electrician
  • 18th Edition
  • Multi Skilled
  • 2391 (desirable)
