* Employing a range of teaching strategies and resources to engage and support students effectively.

* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies, to provide holistic support for students.

* Monitoring and assessing student progress, and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) certification.

* Strong understanding of SEN best practices and the ability to implement them effectively.

* A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
