Earthworks Foreman

• Lead and supervise earthworks activities on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Manage a team of workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to coordinate resources and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of work activities, materials used, and personnel hours.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.

• 4 years of experience in earthworks or related construction field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
• Valid driver's license
• SSSTS Qualification
