We're lookingfor a Multi Skilled Engineer tojoin our FM team based on multiple sites acrossOldham.

Location: Oldham - Onsite - Multi site

Hours: 40 hours per week.Monday to Friday.

What will you be responsiblefor?

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll be working within thefacilities team, supporting them in planned and reactivemaintenance across the site.

Your day to day willinclude:

PPM and Reactive MaintenanceTasks across a School site Mechanical, Electrical andFabric Liaison with Clients andSub-Contractors asrequired General repairs and maintenance

What are we lookingfor?

This role of Multi Skilled Engineer is great for youif:

  • You have experience workingon a Maintenance contract.

  • You have anextensive trades background – maintenance, installations andrepairs

You have either aMechanical or Electrical bias

You have a full,clean driving license.
