Job Description

**Technical Architect – 6-Month Contract - Inside IR35 £700-£850 per day – Hybrid/Chiswick**

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Architect to join a large global organisation within the health and security sector. You will be working on a CRM replacement program integrating Microsoft Dynamic 365 CE.

Location: Chiswick – Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate the overall architecture of the Microsoft Dynamics solution proposed by MS & SI.
  • Provide review and validation report of architecture proposed by System Integrators and Microsoft.
  • Help ensure that the solution aligns with the best practices and meets the Data , Business Continuity, Scalability and Performance requirements.
  • Advise on the configuration and customisation required to meet organisational needs.
  • Provide a write up of comparison against System Integrators based on their RFP responses and order the system integrators based on their response for Functional and Non-Functional requirements.

Must Have Skills/Experience:

  • Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE out-of-box capabilities and features.
  • Experience with bulk data migration from external systems to Dynamics 365 CE using ETL for data mapping and transformation.
  • Experience with integration tools such as Power Automate and D365 Connectors.
  • Experience with CRM, Customer Engagement and Customer Services.

Beneficial Skills:

  • Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE with Nice InContact, DocuSign, Salesforce, bespoke proprietary systems, etc.
  • Familiarity with CCaaS (preferably Nice InContact)
