Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive is currently searching for an experienced advertising lawyer with commercial contracts experience, immediately available to support one of the firms leading advertising & publishing clients. This is for an assignment lasting 6-12 months.

This role will involve supporting the commercial legal team with the review of restricted sector advertising advertorials, to ensure compliance with the Advertising Standards Agency and other associated legislation.

There will also be the opportunity to get involved in wider commercial contracts work, covering advertising technology and in-house developed AI products.

This is a full-time opportunity with the flexibility to work remotely.

Person specification:

  • You are a qualified lawyer with training from a top tier practice.
  • You have a strong advertising and commercial background with experience working in-house.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
  • You can work autonomously but can also collaborate effectively as part of the wider team.
  • You are a self-motivated team player, with a desire to develop strong relationships and excellent time management skills.
  • You will be required to hold the relevant right to work for the UK, visa sponsorship is not available via Adaptive.
