You will need to deliver engaging sessions to our young people, focus the sessions on improving their life chances and communicate with all stakeholders with a view to tracking and monitoring the progress of each individual you work with. Support students with different NCFE subjects and modules, such as mathematics, English, Art, Humanities and Sports studies
* Daily attendance reports to schools, weekly progression reports, weekly reflections and termly reports
* Develop relationships with young people to support their progression
* Liaise and work alongside schools, parents and other professionals
Ideally 1+ years' experience working with young people in an education
* English & Math skills.
* GCSE English and Maths (grade A-C) or level 2 literacy and numeracy
* Experience supporting children and young people with complex health needs (desirable).
Work Location: In person at our learning hubs/around Greater Manchester
