Working with CRM stakeholders, analytic and data partners to define our audience segmentation approaches and contact strategies for both manual and automated campaigns
The opportunity to lead one of our products CRM processes and take ownership
Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
Email marketing channel know-how (2+ years) with a strong sense of how to deliver CRM campaigns 'hands on' via an ESP or customer engagement tool - knowledge of at least one platform is essential and some knowledge of HTML is preferred
A solid understanding of the data requirements of a CRM campaign and the challenges that lie therein
Appreciative of creative and an ability to create thoughtful customer messaging
