We are working with a highly regarded care provider to find a talented and experienced Nursing Home Manager for a well-established care home in Auchterarder, Scotland. As the Nursing Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the management of the care home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient day-to-day operations. You will lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a caring, supportive, and person-centred environment for both staff and residents.

Oversee all aspects of care home operations, ensuring excellent care delivery and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Lead, mentor, and develop the care team, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
Manage budgets effectively to maintain financial stability while delivering high-quality care.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to maintain the home’s positive reputation in the local community.
Implement continuous improvement plans to enhance care services and operational efficiency.
