A leading family-owned general building contractor based in Central Scotland is seeking an experienced Roofing Manager to join their well-established team. As Roofing Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing all aspects of roofing projects to ensure their successful completion on time and within budget. A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Planning and co-ordinating resource.
  • Ensuring works are carried out in line with programme, drawings, client specifications, and Health & Safety best practice.
  • Ensuring materials are procured.
  • Maintaining and developing strong client relationships.
You will also:
  • Be a roofer to trade.
  • Hold a valid CSCS Black and SMSTS.
  • Have management experience within construction, preferably roofing.
