The Role:

As the Supply Planner, you will be responsible for creating short- and long-term Supply Plans on an international scale to ensure that the stock and inventory targets are met. You will also be in control of the 3PL sites and make sure that the customer demand is met

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and owning the supply and material plans for the businesses manufacturing sites
  • Making sure that any amendments/changes in demand are met
  • Regular inventory and stock management updates to ensure supply plans are on track.
  • Deliver company inventory targets in line with the budget for your site
  • Point of contact with factory for all medium-long term service or supply issues to customer and manage contingencies to improve supply
  • Working with cross-functional teams on new product launches

Your skill set will look something like this:

  • Proven planning experience/understanding of working in an FMCG Supply Chain/manufacturing planning role
  • Understanding of the sale and operation planning process
  • ERP system knowledge - SAP
  • Proficiency using key software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly numerate and analytical
  • Ability to negotiate and influence at the senior level
