Nu söker vi en Senior Databasadministratör med inriktning Microsoft SQL och Azure databastjänster som vill bli en del av Iver och som vill vara med och bidra till bättre IT-lösningar som gör skillnad för våra kunder Är du vår nya kollega?


Rollen som Senior DBA:
Som Senior DBA på Iver tillhör du ett Databasadministratörs-team bestående av seniora specialister. Du kommer ansvara för både förvaltning och framför allt utveckling av befintliga tjänster samt aktiv deltagande i utvecklingen av nya tjänster. Ibland kan detta innebära att leda hela projekt, med stöd från ledare och tjänsteägare i bakgrunden.
Din tekniska kompetens är av central betydelse. En fördel är om du är bekväm med infrastruktur som kod och har erfarenhet av scripting samt automationsverktyg som tex. Ansible. Dessutom är det viktigt att du har omfattande erfarenhet av olika databasmotorer och kan hantera installation, drift, förvaltning och felsökning. Dokumentation spelar en viktig roll, du förväntas kunna skapa detaljerade tjänstebeskrivningar och SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) för att stödja tjänsteleveransen.
Du förväntas driva effektiviseringar i hela processen, inklusive automatisering av SQL-leverans och debitering då processoptimering är en central del av arbetet. Det är dessutom viktigt att du ständigt ser helheten ur ett affärsmässigt perspektiv.

Din bakgrund och profil:
Vi söker dig som är en erfarenMicrosoft Databasadministratör med inriktning Microsoft SQL och Azure databastjänster. Erfarenhet av andra databasmotorer såsom Oracle, MySQL, PostegreSQL samt andra publika molntjänster är meriterande.
Du känner dig bekväm i rollen att vara expert såväl inför kund som att coacha dina kollegor och har en förmåga att vinna förtroende och att främja samarbete såväl internt som med våra kunder.Som person har du viljan och nyfikenheten att lära dig nytt och drivs av att leverera hög service till kund. Du har ett genuint intresse för teknik och trivs när du får ta ansvar och lösa utmaningar inom ditt område.
Du besitter en majoritet av nedan erfarenhet och kompetens:

Gedigen erfarenhet av databasadministration inom Microsoft SQL
Erfarenhet av serverdrift
Kunskap och erfarenhetinom infrastruktur och drift
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift då du kommunicerar med både interna och externa parter.
Erfarenhet av andra databasmotorer såsom Oracle, MySQL, PostegreSQL,MariaDB eller MongoDBsamt andra publika molntjänster.
Kunskap om automatisering, Powershell och Scripting
