Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Engineer required to join a leading Compressed Air Manufacturer. Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Engineer will be responsible for processing quotations and scheduling the Sales Engineers work, provide support to the management team, liaise with customers and the engineering team while generating some leads. Full product training provided. The successful Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Engineer will ideally have experience working in a coordinator, scheduling, pricing, invoicing or similar customer service role in engineering. Package £27K - £28K 40 hours working week Pension Additional Benefits 25 days holiday including Bank Holidays The Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Engineer role Coordinate the work, assignments, and scheduling of the Service Engineers and communicate help organise the management. Liaising with various technical departments across multiple sites worldwide for assistance based on technical enquiries received from distributors Configuring machines to specification. Contacting customers over the phone to book work and plan for engineers. Assist in generating quotes for compressor service repairs/maintenance agreements. Raising PO’s and Invoicing. Investigating and resolving dispute resolutions (wrong part shipped, short shipment, damaged delivery) Responsible for chasing spare parts orders, approving supplier invoices, booking goods in. Manage on call rotas and coordinating annual leave for the Engineering team. Liaise with various engineering departments. Full training provided. Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Engineer Requirements Good IT skills and experience in Excel & Outlook. Experience working in a coordinator, scheduling, or customer service role in an engineering environment. The ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers. Proven experience as a Service Coordinator / Sales Coordinator/ Service & Sales Coordinator / Technical Engineer / Sales Administrator / Inventory Controller or similar. Experience using Oracle, (Sap Hana 4, module SD),SAP or similar systems would be advantageous. Willing to commute to Cannock
