Healthcare - Senior Manager/Director

Our client is a well-established hospital in Ealing, offering personalised treatment for service users with an eating disorder or personality disorder over two separate wards. This role comes with a fantastic salary of up to £65,000 per annum, depending on your experience. Not only that, but you'll also receive a £3000 welcome bonus You'll be working full-time, Monday to Friday, in a supportive and upbeat environment.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.
Take overall responsibility for the management and functioning of housekeeping, hospitality, HSE, infection control and Fire Regulation guidelines.An annual salary of up to £65,000, depending on experience.

A good understanding and application of the Rehabilitation Approach.
Experience of working with budgets and using financial and activity information to manage services.
A background working in setting, monitoring and evaluating standards for high-quality care.
A background working in preparing and presenting reports at the senior management level.
