The Role:

This is a rare opportunity for a talented Commercial Property Associate (1+ years PQE) to join a leading Real Estate team in Southampton. You'll play an integral role in advising a prestigious range of clients, including commercial and residential developers, investors, major retailers, public sector bodies, charities, and private landowners. The Ideal Candidate:

  • A Commercial Property Associate with at least 1 year of PQE in a similar role.
  • A strong commercial mindset, client-focused approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
  • Ideally, experience or an interest in telecoms law, although this is not essential.
  • Proven ability to contribute to business development, with a strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to building the firm’s profile.
