Establish and maintain professional relationships with occupier representatives, promoting transparent communication and information sharing on building-related
issues.
Coordinate the development of annual building service charge budgets and management accounts, collaborating with internal resources to ensure adherence to set timelines.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and emergency procedures, fostering a safe environment for occupiers and staff.
Serve as the Responsible Person and Senior Fire Warden during emergencies, maintaining awareness of occupiers' obligations and preserving document integrity.
Oversee the upkeep of manuals, ensuring compliance and accurate recording of amendments.
Identify and address training, development, and welfare needs of building staff in alignment with company policies.
Procure building and contracted services proactively, following tender guidelines and maintaining service standards through regular monitoring and engagement with providers.
Ensure compliance of on-site laboratories with guidelines, and keep occupier guides and manuals updated with internal support.
Foster communication with occupier representatives in lab-enabled spaces to address operational overlaps resulting from research requirements.
Implement Fabric Management and Long-Term Costing initiatives.
