☁️ We are seeking a talented and experienced Systems Integration Engineer for a 6-month Fixed-term or Day Rate contract to integrate our core business systems, including our Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform, IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and backup applications. This project-based role is ideal for a technically skilled contractor who excels at systems integration and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.

Build and maintain API connections, custom scripts, and automation workflows to enable the exchange of data between systems.

* Integrate backup applications with other core systems to ensure data continuity and streamlined disaster recovery operations.

* Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate integrations before go-live.

* Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to key stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any risks or changes in scope.

* Create detailed documentation for all integration processes, including architecture diagrams, configuration details, and operational procedures.

* FreshService, ServiceNow), backup applications (e.g. Cove, Veeam), and monitoring products (e.g. PowerShell, Python, or similar).

* Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, security protocols, and system administration.

* Demonstrated ability to manage complex integration projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within set timeframes.
