The hospital is a state of the art 48 bedded rehab centre offering four different client pathways to include Neuro Rehabilitation, General Rehabilitation, Complex Neurological Care and Out Patient / Respite Services We have worked closely with this provider on opening many of their new services and received outstanding feedback from staff working there based on the quality of training, work-life balance and standards of the services. The company is recognised nationally for the excellent standard of care & industry leading patient satisfaction reports. As a Lead Clinical Psychologist/Neuropsychologist you will be responsible for: * To provide a direct psychological service to clients and their families at Neuro Rehabilitation Services, conducting and interpreting a wide range of assessment procedures.

  • To develop the out-patient service for non-residential clients requiring clinical psychology.
  • To provide therapeutic support to clients through group work and individual sessions.
  • To prepare detailed professional reports on client assessment and progress and make recommendations for future provision.
  • To direct and supervise the clinical work of the clinical staff and students within the centre as appropriate.
  • To provide training and consultation to colleagues on the cognitive, emotional, social and behavioural implications of acquired brain injury and to devise, implement and monitor strategies to facilitate learning and management of the behaviour of clients.
  • To initiate and engage in formal research projects, publishing as appropriate.
  • To conduct analysis of outcomes and participate in service evaluation
