We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Telesales Executive to join their team. Utilising both in-house data and self-generated leads to reach out to new and potential customers, introducing them to products and services.
Coordinating qualified meetings for the field sales team and ensuring proper follow-up and internal communication of feedback.
Alerting account managers to any issues that arise.
Collaborating with customers to ensure accurate sales forecasts and sharing them internally to keep buying schedules current.
Engaging in telephone and email correspondence with customers regarding orders, delivery details, and inquiries.
Collaborating with colleagues as a team to effectively manage customer accounts.
Assisting with other associated general administrative tasks and providing support to colleagues in both the UK and European offices, as needed.

Excellent telephone manner
Minimum two years telesales experience
Ideally food industry experience
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM applications
