Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant Are you an experienced and skilled Residential Support or Youth Worker? Have you worked with children with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs? The Job… Working in schools to support children with SEMH needs who can demonstrate challenging behaviour- your role will be part teaching classroom assistant, and part pastoral support worker. You will be responsible for supporting the classroom teacher to enable them to teach effectively- ensuring that the children you will care for are kept on task, helped to manage their behaviour, and to engage and communicate with their peers and teachers.
