Futures are working with a well-established and multi generation family-run FMCG business. With an impressive product portfolio of toy products, a focus on sustainability and a people-first culture this isn't a role to miss out on This business supply market-leading FMCG products to UK Retail, Wholesale and International markets with a current turnover of £15m+. This is a newly created role due to growth, Ecommerce Executive. You will be responsible for supporting online sales, enhancing digital presence and improving the customer journey. Key Duties of a Ecommerce Executive Include:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, across email marketing, social media and online ads
- Monitor competitor, consumer and content performance, making recommendations to the Commercial team
- Manage content calendars and seasonal and promotional activities
- Assist with the management of all marketplaces (Amazon, eBay and Shopify)
- Provide the best possible customer service, dealing with enquiries in a timely manner
- Participate in the development and implementation of new e-commerce strategies and initiatives
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an Ecommerce/Digital Marketing role
- Knowledge of an interest within the FMCG industry
- Strong analytic skills
- Excellent communicator and customer service skills, with the ability to build great rapport and be engaging
- A proactive, detailed-oriented and driven individual
