Here at Purovets we have a wonderful opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join an independent RCVS accredited, purpose built hospital situated in the large city of Milton Keynes. It also has excellent rail links to London.
Our client has been established in the area since 1970 and is one of the oldest veterinary practices in the area. They are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team either on a full time or part time basis. You will be joining a large team of 18 Vets and 19 RVN's split between an RCVS accredit-ed modern, purpose built Hospital and 4 practices across Milton Keynes. The Veterinary team in-cludes certificate holders in Surgery, Medicine, Ophthalmology, Dermatology and vets with special interest in Orthopaedics, Dentistry, Imaging and Cardiology. The hospital and practices are well-equipped with up-to-date, modern technology including state-of-the-art ultrasound facilities, digital x-ray, a Tonopen, a Slit Lamp, an in-house laboratory, ECG, dental x-ray system and much more.
The successful candidate needs to have experience in Veterinary Surgery and be a good team player. In exchange our client can offer a fantastic work-life balance alongside a varied rota with the ability to work-up challenging cases.
The Rota:
• Full time role - 4 day week (Part Time applications will be accepted)
• 1:3 Saturday mornings
• No OOH, Sundays or Bank Holidays
