We are looking for a multi skilled Service Engineer for our Aftersales Department based at our Head Office in Nottingham. Do you have experience working with electrical and mechanical equipment? We are looking for talented people who are committed to delivering a great customer experience. At Machine Mart being a Service Engineer is about offering honest advice, building rapport with customers and exceeding their expectations as well.
You will have the chance to work in a team on the full range of Machine Mart products including Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Air, Petrol, Diesel and Electric powered products. You will receive on the job training but you must have strong engineering skills.
Servicing and repairing various items
Provide technical support to staff and customers
A strong engineering background
An engineering qualification, preferably an NVQ, C&G, or HNC
Experience diagnosing and repairing faults in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic equipment
