Rubicon Recruitment'sSpecialist SectorsDivision has been instructed by our client to find their nextHR Manager. Our client is a family- run professional services provider, supporting a group of companies specialising intransportation, storage, and logisticsfor the luxury goods market.

As HR Manager, you willdevelop and manage all aspects of HR and Talentfor the company. On occasion, you'll be required totravel to multiple sitesacross the UK (Colnbrook and Chesterfield and very occasionally, Devon). You'll be implementing HR and Peoplestrategies aligned to the business objectiveswhilst supporting and coaching managers and key stakeholders across all companies.

As HR Manager your responsibilities will include:

Assist and advise directors and managers on HR policy/practice, procedure and issues
Provide insight and recommendations on HR initiatives that can be leveraged to strengthen business results
Manage, develop anddeliver reportsto the management team, including yearlyEmployee Engagementreviews
Manage all recruitment needs for the company
Establish and maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering and measuring learning and development
The ideal HR Manager will be able to demonstrate:

A proven track record as a HR generalist with the ability to lead the delivery of HR functions to a high standard
Knowledge and experience of introducing new ideas to improve employee engagement
CIPD Level 5 /7 qualification
Be a team player within the management team, as well as working well with members of staff to achieve common goals
Ability to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadlines
