Become a crucial part of our dedicated team, ensuring top-notch maintenance services across Bedford in a role that affects the well-being of approximately 200 homes, all conveniently situated within a 5-mile radius. You will be provided with a company van and a fuel card which you can take home.
Execute diverse Multi Trade maintenance tasks with expertise in the following. Basic Plumbing: fixing drainage issues, blockages, taps, washers etc. Painting & Decorating. Patch Plastering.
Participate in an on-call rota.
Uphold the highest standards of quality construction, ensuring all tasks meet health and safety requirements.

A track record of success in multi-trade repairs.
Experience of maintaining housing environments, both occupied and vacant.
A full UK driving licence.

A competitive salary of up to £32,000, plus a van and fuel (starting at £30,000).
