Actively engage in the company’s structured training program, covering mortgage regulations, lending practices, financial products, and sales techniques.

* Observe and learn from experienced mortgage brokers during client meetings, loan applications, and negotiations.

* Continuously seek opportunities for learning and skill development to enhance expertise in mortgage brokerage and financial services.

* Learn to process mortgage applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

* Conduct research on mortgage trends, interest rates, and competitor offerings to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients.

* Assist in organizing and maintaining client documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy throughout the mortgage application process.

* Continuously seek opportunities for learning and skill development to enhance expertise in mortgage brokerage and financial services.

* Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns
