Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sidcup. As a Garden Design and Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing garden design projects from start to finish.

Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with clients to understand their garden design requirements, creating design proposals, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating the landscaping team and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality garden design projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in garden design and project management
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design principles, and industry trends
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve
  • Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally-friendly gardening practices is a plus
  • Ability to create creative writing for blogs and social posts
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in landscape design, horticulture, or a related field
