  • Utilize monthly KPI dashboard for prioritizing supply chain improvement
  • Resolve supplier discrepancies in collaboration with other departments
  • Enhance team skills through coaching and training
  • Stay informed about industry trends

Experience required:

  • 6+ years of procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated ability in motivation, influence, and negotiation
  • MCIPS certification preferred

Salary:

Up to £68,000 annually plus bonus and pension. This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a procurement manager, senior procurement manager, category manager, or supply chain manager.
