Job Summary: We are looking for experienced and skilled Air Source Heat Pump Engineers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing air source heat pump systems for residential properties, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong technical background, a commitment to quality, and a dedication to promoting energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Install Air Source Heat Pumps: Carry out the installation of air source heat pump systems in residential properties, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.

System Maintenance and Servicing: Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of heat pump systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Diagnose and Repair Faults: Identify and resolve issues within the heat pump systems, troubleshooting and repairing faults efficiently.

Customer Education: Inform customers about the operation, maintenance, and energy-saving benefits of their air source heat pump systems.

Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

Site Assessments and Planning: Ca rry out site assessments to determine the suitability of air source heat pumps, including sizing and placement.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installations, servicing, and repairs, including customer feedback and any system updates.

Collaborate with Teams and Clients: Work closely with project managers, retrofit coordinators, and customers to deliver seamless and effective installations.

Stay Updated on Industry Advances: Keep up to date with technological advancements in air source heat pumps and related energy-efficient solutions.

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent)

WRAS Qualifications (water regs)

Gas Qualifications (ACS)

Unvented hot water systems

BPEC, LCL, BESA or equivalent heat pump installation

Desirable:

Level 3 heat pump system design

F-Gas

Part P
