Job Description

Are you an architectural professional who has already transitioned into Project or Design Management but is looking for an opportunity to elevate your career?

We’re searching for a passionate Architectural Project/Design Manager with a track record of excellence on notable or flagship projects.

Our client is building its Project Management capabilities in order to service ground breaking Cultural, Arts, Civic, and Mixed-Use projects abroad. Your expertise will help to shape significant developments across North and South America, and beyond.

This is your chance to help our client bring their visionary designs to life on the World stage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee design + project workflows and craft detailed programs to bolster a clear pathway for the multi-disciplinary design teams.
  • Engage clients from initial onboarding through to project completion, ensuring their vision is realised.
  • Preserve and elevate design, ensuring the projects reflects the highest quality.
  • Anticipate and eliminate obstacles, keeping projects on track and within scope.
  • Understand the depth of information required at each milestone, adapting flexibly to project needs.

Essential Skills + Experience:

  • Demonstrated success as a Design or Project Manager on prestigious, design-led projects (essential)
  • Must be a Qualified Architect in the UK or Overseas with previous experience working for a reputable firm on notable projects.
  • Proven ability to navigate diverse design objectives and build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excel in client-facing roles, devising creative strategies to deliver high-quality design outcomes.
  • Natural leader with strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of architecture and project lifecycles.
