Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, organised and results focused Project Manager used to working in an agile environment. The current team work on both internal and Regulatory focused programs, attention to detail, planning and strong communication skills are critical within this fast paced role. You will be part of a small but expanding team, operating in both a challenging and rewarding environment, with exposure to Senior Management. You will be responsible for projects from inception, through execution and to sustainability. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance skills and grow with a Team.
Job responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end execution, ensuring the successful delivery of milestones and overall projects on time
- Define and agree the project governance structure including Working Groups, Project plan, RAIDs, Scorecards, senior management updates
- Maintain evidence of project progress and relevant artefacts to demonstrate successful project completion through SharePoint
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that potential challenges are proactively addressed to minimise disruptions
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress
- Create decks for reporting through various Forums, not only for current projects but activities being undertaken by the wider team
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and efficiency in processes through regular evaluation and adaptation
Req qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience with Project Management best practices, including organizational skills and time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and find solutions
- High attention to detail
- Experience creating executive summaries and aggregating presentations with agendas and materials
- Confidence to drive issues through to completion, often working to tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align initiatives with broader organizational objectives
- Experience with all Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
