We are looking to employ a Delegated Underwriting Audit Assistant to be based in London or Manchester and to work with us on a Full Time basis.
You to assist with the delivery of the audit plan for Syndicate coverholders, delegated claims administrators and other forms of delegated underwriting (DU), working with a Senior Audit & Conduct Analyst in the Munich Re DU team.
Understand Munich Re Delegated Underwriting audit plan and support the delivery of its end-to-end governance process.
Assist with audit arrangements in a timely manner liaising with coverholder auditors, Munich Re underwriters, Lloyd's and other stakeholders in the audit process.
Support the audit scoping process and review audit reports proposing remedial action to the recommendations as appropriate, and following up with the relevant stakeholders.
Ensure all data pertaining to the annual audit plan, individual audits and recommendations is kept complete and up-to-date using internal and external systems, like Lloyd's Delegated Audit Manager (DAM).
Contribute to standard and ad-hoc reports reflecting progress with the audit plan and recommendations.
Help drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.
Support the process and structure that upholds the requirements set out in the Lloyd's Conduct Risk Minimum Standards and Complaints Principles.
Report production, analysis and presentation utilising reporting tools
Underlying principles of insurance/reinsurance practice
Ability to work under pressure and flexibly when necessary, prioritising tasks, resource planning and meeting deadlines
