Senior Finance Manager
About Us: Our client is a leading provider of residential care services, dedicated to offering the highest standards of care and support for elderly residents. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team and drive our financial strategy forward.
Position Overview: The Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations. Ensuring robust financial management and reporting. Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives and operational efficiency.
Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts and manage the audit process.
Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the healthcare or care home sector.
Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of strategic financial planning and management.
Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
