Senior Automation Developer

I am representing an award-winning client in the banking sector who are looking for a Senior Automation Developer to join their Customer Experience department. You'll be responsible for driving forward their use of Robotic Process Automation, specifically in UiPath, in collaboration with the existing team of developers.

What is in it for the Senior Automation Developer:

  • Play a key role in the transformation of Customer Experience, leading the implementation of automation capabilities
  • Oversee the design and delivery of the automated processes, ensuring they are relevant to frameworks
  • Propel the evolution of the automation capability, whilst still providing excellent experience for users
  • Guide and manage a team of Automation Developers as well as work across other departments to design new components
  • A great opportunity for someone to step into a management role and be pivotal in the growth of the team

What are we looking for with the Senior Automation Developer:

  • Experience in designing and implementing automation with UiPath RPA is essential. Experience with other RPA software is a bonus
  • A track record of delivering multiple automation processes effectively
  • Management or mentorship experience is beneficial, however there is opportunity for training in this space
